Every change request will be documented on how it impacts on System
Description / Operating Parameter document as signed off by client, as well
as cost impact. Change will only be implemented with the consent of the client
• Appoint Dedicated PM from our side, if required• Work with integrator to review weekly progress on site• Maintain and coordinate with Integrator on deadlines.
• Initial Handover from Integrator.• Identify snags/ Analyze on site reports.• Issue practical completion certificates.• Setup RMA procedures, Manuals & service cycles.• Work with PMC and client to set up RMA procedures.
NEED ANALYSIS PROCESS
• Understanding client needs.• Builder’s MEP work drawings.• Design AV systems for client approval.• Submit budgetary cost of proposed design.
• Concept drawings.• Liaison with MEP Contractors.• Liaison with Architects & Interior Contractors.• Assist PM to release AV tender Documents.
TENDER EVALUATION PROCESS
• Shortlist & Evaluate prospective Bidders.• Tender.• Technical Review‐ Submissions.• Assist PMC with paperwork to evaluate.
